PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT

Revolutionize the Way You Manage Your Enterprise Print Spend Processes

Presented by Dick Brimmer and Mike Presley, WorkflowOne

Imagine an entirely new way to manage your everyday working environment in the print, fulfillment, POD, and distribution world. A world using the latest, most advanced collaboration software. A fully powerful, customizable technology that allows you to manage and control virtually every facet of your document and print program — increase productivity, save time and money, all while greatly enhancing end user satisfaction both internally and externally. As one of the first Beta site developers in the country for Microsoft’s new SharePoint software, WorkflowOne has developed a multi-million dollar web portal that will do all of this — and more!

WorkflowOne Access, which punches out to your intranet and brand, allows a single point of entry to a web environment where the end user can customize their favorites from the latest company stock quote to the current weather and traffic conditions. As you delve into the extremely easy GUI interface, you and your end users can utilize everything from multi-user collaboration for design for any and all type of print (and promotional products), to sourcing amongst multiple vendors (and/or products) for design, production, distribution and inventory control.

Your end users can utilize the full featured authentication and authorization capabilities of this unique system to view custom catalogs in thumbnail or full size images with detailed descriptions, along with usage and historical reporting background. With the authorization firewalls in place they could also order everything from their business cards to coffee mugs, either from catalogs or the company store (on-site or on-line), all through your systems.

Further, imagine a system that is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant with a full audit trail for revision tracking, history and storage. A system that has a complete branding and digital asset management library at your fingertips. And a system with robust, built-in tools that based upon user profiles can create ad-hoc reports on-line, such as to query inventory management and costing data reports for analysis. Imagine doing your yearly print budget in a day rather than weeks, or being able to supply a department head’s print spend within seconds. Imagine the type of hero you would be then!

This is just the beginning. Come to the May 15th meeting and see a live demonstration. And from that, imagine your organization having the ability to take file sharing, collaboration, and annotated proofing and comments (blogging/discussion groups by project, etc. ) to new levels that will greatly improve process efficiency and information worker productivity, all while increasing business agility. Just imagine!

Please e-mail bonnie.harper@premera.com with your RSVP by end of day Tuesday, May 13.
